INDME C.I.P. UNITS:
OUR ADVANCED CIP UNIT Our advanced Cleaning In Place (CIP) units are compact, constructed by Stainless Steel and skid mounted to offer maximum safe operational flexibility for the application of a wide range of procedures with different parameters on a large variety of process equipment both on-shore and off-shore.
Our CIP unit enables service and maintenance of equipment in plants both in shut down and regular operations without dismantling the systems and its component parts.
CIP unit characteristics:-
- Intrinsically safe and explosion proof heating system.
- 100 m³/h centrifugal pump. Parallel skid mounted pumps can be utilized where higher flow capacities are required.
- Ability to reverse flow or drain without disconnecting from the system.
- Very safe for plant operations and personnel. • Minimized risk for catastrophic spills.
- High temperature, chemical resistant, and pressure tested for16 bar certified hoses.
- Cam-lock coupling crimped onto hoses.
